We are going to have a lot of fun this summer and we can’t wait to see how you think about your health and plan for being more healthy!
This summer is all about FITNESS. We exercise & move it & stay active (among other things!) to optimize our physical health. We read & make friends & play (among other things!) to optimize our mental health. These are the ideas and themes that we will explore this summer and we are so glad that you want to be a part of it!
Remember, the most important thing is to keep up with reading so that you don’t experience the “summer slide”!
